Candace is the President and co-founder of Trusted Ally Home Care. She started this business with the intent of being the best in this field of caring for Nuclear workers. She wanted to have a smaller concierge type feel, where the patients felt more like friends and family rather than a name on a spreadsheet. She saw first-hand through her Grandfather’s care (a former nuclear worker in this program) the importance of having an excellent care team surrounding him. It made all the difference in his outlook, health, and quality of life. Candace graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors in Communication. In her free time, she enjoys dressage riding, and taking care of her two mini horses and two Australian Shepherds. Candace is committed to volunteer work in the community focusing on underserved youth. She also loves to dance salsa with her husband and is a big fan of Nuggets basketball.
Alexander Page, MBA

Alexander ‘Xander’ Page is the co-founder and CEO of Trusted Ally Home Care. Xander is an award-winning social entrepreneur, consultant and executive coach focused on furthering conscious business practices and aligning resources to create a sustainable and abundant future for all. He spent the past 15 years founding and working with early-stage ventures in new tech, health care and impact investing. Xander also has the privilege of serving as a coach and consultant for a select number of values-aligned companies and organizations. Xander graduated from the University of Colorado in 2002 with a B.S. in Advertising and received an M.B.A. from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business in 2011 where he was named Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year. He enjoys sharing his passion for social entrepreneurship as a guest speaker at events such as the DEMO Launch conference and for universities. In his free time Xander enjoys relaxing with his wife Candace and growing farm of animals, travel, music, outdoor adventures and giving back to the community. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve Trusted Ally’s clients and stakeholders by constantly improving the agency-wide vision of providing outstanding care and support.
John McGoldrick, PhD
( Chief Operations Officer )
John was born and raised in northeastern New Jersey, and completed his undergraduate B.S. in Cognitive Psychology in 1993 at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA). After 2.5 years as a research assistant in a Cognitive and Clinical Neuropsychology laboratory, he moved to Denver, CO. to attend the University of Denver (DU) for his graduate work. In 2003 he graduated DU with a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuropsychology. John worked in K-12 educational publishing for 6 years as a senior staff scientist, evaluating reading and math intervention curricula. In addition, John has worked as an evaluator on CO. state contracts for the Division of Youth Corrections, as well as for the CO. Department of Public Health and Environment, evaluating HIV-AIDS prevention programs. John joined Trusted Ally in September of 2017 and transitioned to the COO position in January of 2018. John is trained and skilled in Univariate and Multivariate statistics, experimental and field research design and evaluation, business analytics and patient health outcomes, operations, policy development and implementation, and staff management. In his free time he enjoys his 11 year old son, dog obedience, acoustic guitar, photography, road cycling, camping and backpacking, and personal growth work
Blake Dickeson, RN, BSN, MSHA, CMCN

Blake leads the TAHC clinical team and has responsibility for the clinical management functions of the agency. Blake possesses 25 years of experience as an RN administrator including 10 years in CMS certified, skilled home health agency senior management. In addition to his role as the DON for Trusted Ally Home Care, Blake has been a leader in telehealth product and services development, military managed care, and is the current founder and co‐principal of an online patient education technology company. Blake received his Masters degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Central Florida and his bachelors degree from The Florida State University. He is board certified in managed care and a retired USAF Reserve clinical executive officer.

Maria is a Human Resources Manager with a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from Colorado State University- Global Campus and a member of the SHRM organization. As an important member to the TAHC, she ensures benefits are allocated appropriately to staff and is on the front lines of hiring our incredible aids and nurses. She takes pride in placing staff with clients that suits the clients needs as well as personality. She is a native of Denver, CO and is married with 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Being empty nesters, she and her husband love to travel frequently which includes her favorite destination, the Dominican Republic. She enjoys reading and cooking (emphasis on baking).
Laurann McCarthy, RN
( Senior Case Manager )
Laurann was born in Chicago & raised in Naperville, IL. After Majoring in economics and starting out in the Stock Brokerage Business, Laurann moved from Manhattan Beach, CA to Boston, MA and received her BSN from Northeastern University. She began her nursing career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Since then she has worked at many hospitals in the Denver Metro area, been a travel nurse from San Francisco to the Bronx, NY. She’s worked with mothers, babies, adolescent prisoners, to geriatrics, and Alzheimer patients. In 2014 she started Case managing patients who have chronic illnesses after working in nuclear arms facilities, and quickly became passionate about her clientele. In 2018 Laurann joined Trusted Ally Home Care as the Alternate Director of Nursing and has enjoyed being part of a team who truly cares about the people they serve.
In her spare time Laurann enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, cross country and occasional downhill skiing, travel, live music, all alternative & nutritional health modalities, and recently started learning the violin.

In 2009, Yvonne started in home care as an administrative assistant, which quickly evolved into successfully holding several key positions in the past 10 years. Starting from an administrative assistant, she quickly worked her way into supervisory positions managing teams of up to 25 people. Since joining the team at Trusted Ally in December of 2018 as an office manager she finds this team to have great rapport with one another and is looking forward to working with this company for many years to come. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her son and volunteering with his Boy Scout troop, going to the mountains camping and hiking, and participating in long bicycle rides with her family and friends.
